Sharing policy

Spread it far, wide and as long as possible. We encourage sharing. We want the content to reach as many people as possible. However we must take steps to protect ourselves from being accused of plagiarism and stopping others from restricting the content

We believe the following conditions, insha-Allah, will aid in the spread and maintenance of the quality of the content in the short and long term.

All content on this site received first publication at ijtima (or an uloom associated site); they are all original works. If the content is a original derivative of a another work such as translations; the original will be referenced within that work.

The content is released with the following license:Ijtima by uloom.com is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License.

The following stipulation are further added:

(1) No work from ijtima (or any content associated with uloom.com) may be used in any way which could be detrimental to the Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah as interpreted by the qualified adherent ulama with the preponderant views of the classical four schools.

(2) The reuser must provide a link back to the original online content in their attribution

(3) If a partial or full retraction is made, the reuser shall immediately alter to reflect the new position or cease publication of the content and position respectively. If cessation is immediately not possible, a notice must be placed clearly on the article reflecting the change, all the whilst seeking to comply with the aforementioned requirement.
